mein Problem ist, dass ich momentan keine Ports freischalten kann (der Router ist einfach nur schlecht)

If you want to test it from your car, it becomes a bit harder, but not impossible. If you have access to another public IP, behind where you can run an ssh server, you can use a local ssh client on your nas to create a tunnel. But of course in that case it might be easier to just move your NAS for a while.
